Preparation and Use:

Add 1/5 of a teaspoon (~2 g) of tea.
Pour 80-100 ml of hot (but not boiling, ~50-80 °C) water.
Whisk with a bamboo whisk, spoon, or hand mixer until thick green foam forms, and the tea is smooth and lump-free.
Drink whenever you desire.
