A space to write, release, and return to yourself.

SOLEMIRA is not just an ordinary notebook. It is a ritual journal for thoughts, emotions, gratitude, release, and dreams.

Every day we carry countless experiences within us – what happened, what we felt, what we didn't express, or what we still can't let go of. Over time, it can become too much: the body gets tired, thoughts race, and inner noise arises.

The SOLEMIRA journal invites you to pause and create space for what is happening inside you.

In it, you can:

  • write down accumulated thoughts and emotions;
  • identify what you want to release;
  • record moments of gratitude;
  • better hear your needs;
  • clarify your dreams and new direction;
  • observe recurring thoughts and life situations.

The journal does not contain pre-set daily questions. It gives you the freedom to choose what you want to write about and what to focus on that day.

When using the journal together with the full SOLEMIRA ritual, you will find clear instructions in the green envelope on how to perform the ritual and how to work with the journal. The ritual consists of lighting a candle, conscious writing, and a release stage.

This is a time not to escape from yourself, but to return.

Gently. Consciously. At your own pace.

SOLEMIRA ritual journal – a place for your inner alchemy.

You can use your journal daily or whenever you feel the need to pause and write down what's happening inside.

A simple writing practice

  1. Choose a quiet place where you can be undisturbed for a few minutes.
  2. Open your journal and start writing without trying to perfectly formulate your thoughts.
  3. Write down what you are currently feeling, thinking about, or what you want to let go of.
  4. At the end of your writing, you can name one thing you are grateful for today.
  5. Close your journal when you feel you have given enough space to today's thoughts.

There is no one right way to write. You can fill several pages or write just a few sentences.

No. SOLEMIRA is deliberately left more open, so you can write about whatever is relevant to you on that particular day. It is not a workbook with a mandatory daily structure.

No. You can write daily, once a week, or only when you feel the need to talk things through with yourself, organise your thoughts, or mindfully close out a certain stage.

SOLEMIRA is designed for more than recording the day's events. It invites you to work deliberately with your thoughts, emotions, gratitude, letting go, and finding a new direction.

No. The candle is sold separately and is not included in the journal set. It is recommended as an additional aid for creating a cosier, more defined writing practice. Before writing, you can light the candle, sit quietly for a few minutes, then write down the thoughts that have built up or what you want to let go of. Always keep the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave it burning unattended.
